Hi Everyone! Are you ready for another bodyweight workout? I sure hope so because I'm throwing one at you! 



Bodyweight exercises are a quick and effective way to build gorgeous, lean muscle without the hassle of equipment, weights, or a gym membership. These exercises can be done anywhere and you don't need a lot of room to do them. All you need is a little bit of floor space and you're ready to go!


Today's body part is ABS! It's time to tighten that belly and shrink your waistline!



*As always, don't workout the same muscle group two days in a row. Always leave time for your taxed muscles to rest and repair. It is in the rest stage that muscles are built. Ideally, you'll want to workout each body part 2x/week.
